High School & Tertiary Level Fees & Payment Policies

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Full payment of any of the approved standard fee options below must be paid by 15th September 2023 to secure your participation in the conference. Delegates who do not make full payment by this timeline would lose the opportunity to participate in this conference.

Variation in fees is part of COIF’s commitment to have all people with different economic backgrounds have equal opportunity to participate in this capacity building activity. Variations could be a result of the geo-economic conditions of applicants.

Delegates should refrain from paying fees to any person or group of persons. All payments should be made directly into the official conference account (find details below). However, delegates who may not be able to do this due to various reasons should ensure that they make payments ONLY to team members listed on the website or application link. Delegates can confirm the validity of an accreditation of any Representative by calling our official contact lines. Special arrangements can be made with Representatives to make payments in installments. Please request for an official COIF receipt upon any payment made in cash. All receipts should be kept properly for records sake and would also be used as proof of payment.

Any delegate who wishes to withdraw from the conference is not entitled to any refund of any amount of fees paid.

ONLINE PARTICIPANTS

All applicants who wish to participate in the conference through our virtual platforms will pay Twenty United States Dollars (USD 30.00) or Gambian Dalasis (D1,800) – Non-refundable fee of $15/D900.

RESIDENTIAL DELEGATES (Staying or not staying at the hotel overnight)

CATEGORY A

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION:

  • All High School and Tertiary Level delegates with Gambian citizenship fall under this category.
  • All High School and Tertiary Level delegates without Gambian citizenship but send in their applications within The Gambia fall under this category.

APPROVED FEES – Options:

  1. Nine Thousand Six Hundred Gambian Dalasi – D9,600.00 (for delegates not staying at the hotel overnight) –
    NOTE: Non-refundable fee of $60/D3,600.
  2. Twenty one Thousand Gambian Dalasis – D21,000.00 (for delegates staying at the hotel overnight – Room share) –
    NOTE: Non-refundable fee of $100/D6000
  3. Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred – D27,600 (for delegates staying at the hotel overnight – Single Room) –
    NOTE: Non-refundable fee of $160/D9,600

Payment of the above fee covers the following:

  • Accommodation at the official conference hostel for the entire conference period (for delegates staying overnight).
  • Feeding for the entire period.
  • Internal Transportation to all conference facilities (for those staying at the hotel overnight).
  • Conference materials including pens, folders, T-Shirt and e-certificate.

NON-RESIDENTIAL DELEGATES

CATEGORY B

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION:

All High School and Tertiary level delegates without Gambian citizenship applying from outside the borders of The Gambia fall under this category.

APPROVED FEES:

  1. Three Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (USD 350.00) or Gambian Dalasis (D21,000) – for delegates staying at the hotel overnight – Room share – NOTE: Non-refundable fee of $100/D6000
  1. Four Hundred and Sixty United States Dollars (USD 460.00) or Gambian Dalasis (D27,600) – for delegates staying at the hotel overnight – Single Room – NOTE: Non-refundable fee of $160/D9,600

Payment of the above fee covers the following:

  • Accommodation at the official conference hostel for the entire conference period.
  • Feeding for the entire period.
  • Internal Transportation to all conference facilities.
  • Conference materials including pens, folders, T-Shirt and e-certificate.
